Thank you for considering me to capture one of the most special moments in your family’s life.

 

The birth of your baby is one of the most wonderful times in your life, you have patiently waited 9 months to see your beautiful baby.

Those tiny little fingers and toes, wispy hair, cute little nose and all the other amazing little details of your new baby.

The first few weeks go by so quickly and newborn photography is the perfect way to capture all those little details forever. 

 

Newborn sessions are best to take place in the first 2 weeks of babies arrival to capture those sweet curled up sleepy images but we can still create these images with babies up to around 6 – 8 weeks with a little more time and lots of cuddles.  

I recommend booking in after your 20-week scan to secure your session. If your baby has already arrived, you can still get in touch, I will try my best to fit you in but unfortunately, I can’t always manage.

 

My photo sessions all take place in my warm and inviting home studio and are very relaxed and baby-led.

I have a huge selection of props for you to choose from in the studio, we can discuss which props, colours, style of photos before your photo session.

 

The session normally lasts between 2 – 3 hours with plenty of time for milk and cuddle breaks.

I only do one newborn session a day so we are never rushed for time as I want this to be a calm, relaxed and enjoyable experience for my families.

Once I have edited your gallery of images, I will invite you back to watch a slideshow of your beautiful photos and we can go through and pick your favourite images for you to display in your home for you to enjoy.

I have great software that we can use at your viewing to make sure the piece of wall art you are buying is perfect for your home.  

At your viewing session, we can upload photos of your rooms to the software to check the size, frame choices etc are all the best match for your home. 

Newborn FAQ's

I recommend booking in after your 20 week scan to guarantee a space for when baby arrives.  

 

There is a £20 deposit to secure your space and I then pencil your due date in my diary, when your little bundle of joy arrives we can then arrange a date that suits you in the 1st ten days after baby is born. 

 

I do sometimes have last minute spaces due to babies arriving early or late so just message me to see if I have space if you forgot to book before baby arrived. 

Ideally when baby is under 10 days old but I have had 8 week old babies sleep for some of their photo shoot.  

 

Babies are usually very sleepy and all curled up for the first couple of weeks and I love to capture that stage. 

My newborn sessions are £60 with an 8″ x 6″ print included.

The studio is kept nice and cosy for your baby and everything we need for the session is there for you to choose from.  

 

You can sit back, relax and enjoy your babies first photo shoot <3
